Tithes and Giving

Stewardship of our money is one of the ways we are involved with the ministry and mission of the church. We're working on multiple forms of giving for greater accessibility whether you're visiting for a short while, or you've been a member for years.

Your tithing and pledges help sustain our building, ministries, and mission in our community through partnerships and committment together. Thank you!

Ways to give [online] while we are apart:
1. Paypal: (a) click "send and request," (b) search fumc2005@gmail.com, (c) select amount, (d) "send to a friend," (e) select how you want to pay; (f) review your information and confirm payment.
2. Squarespace: Copy & Paste address to browser                      https://checkout.square.site/pay/11e1a49254ff4f6884125274ba71fab7
3. Checks: You can mail a check to us at: 2005 Mullins Ave, Alamosa, Co 81101
  • Through "SMILE.AMAZON," you can choose non-profits to support at no added cost to your purchase. Our Ecumenical and Valley Camp Ministry, Beaver Creek Youth Camp, is an option as well as some of our United Methodist Agencies and Organizations like UMCOR.

  • We're on Paypal! Want a more convenient means to give your pledges or tithe online? Here's a new option for you:

                         Search for us with our email (fumc2005@gmail.com);
                         Enter the amount you want to send;
                         Select "sending to a friend;"
                         Select method of payment and send payment now

Once you approve the payment, you are not able to cancel or reverse the transaction, so please review your payment details carefully before sending. If you need to request a refund, you may do so by contacting us at the church.

  • We're working on organizing an account with tithe.ly for a safe and convenient form of weekly giving for those who don't carry cash or checks, but wish to tithe for general or special funds at the church.

Please email us at fumc2005@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns about any of our ministries or groups during the pandemic.

You can also stay more closely up to date through our email chain (let us know if you'd like updates),
